It's -2 right now, at 10:53 am in Davenport Iowa. I saw that this morning it was -28 with the windchill. That's depressing but...
This morning I looked out my window and saw a bird sitting on the fence; a kind of bird that I haven't seen all winter. I'm pretty sure it's a sign. Spring is coming! Oh, please, oh please let it be true!

Never give up hope! I got a catalog in the mail yesterday that was jammed full of SPRING items! Hope sprang to life in my heart :)
I saw a robin the other day! I was SO excited!!! And then it snowed. Boo.
