My hansom husband turned 34 on October 12 this year (he's so old ;))! Grandma Bundy had flown in just a few days before, so we decided it would be fun to head to Omaha for Tony's birthday. The Winter Quarters temple (our temple) is there and we had yet to go to it. So bright and early on the 12th we loaded the kids into the car and headed out (it's a 2 1/2- 3 hour trip). Grandma Bundy was kind enough to hang out with the kids while Tony and I were able to do a session. It was awesome and at 38 weeks pregnant, very entertaining. :) I did get a lot of "you're so cute" and "please don't have the baby today" comments. It was super fun and well needed.
After the temple we headed to Omaha zoo. We got there around 1:00 and stayed until they closed at 6:00 and probably only saw about 1/3 of the zoo! It's huge!! So get ready for an overhaul of pictures. And it seems the computer just threw them in wherever, so they are not in order :)
It was a great day and a good way to celebrate such a great guy! Happy birthday, Tony!!
