Birthday Bash and my Favorite Things
Last Monday was my birthday, and man, oh, man was it awesome!! First my good friend Jen Fugal had her baby boy on my birthday and really what better gift can you get? :) Thanks Jen!! Then, that night I got to go on a date with my cute husband. We went to Red Lobster with gift cards that my dad gave me (thanks dad!). I had delicious wood grilled shrimp and scallops, which is my new favorite way to eat anything. Wood grilled just makes everything taste better!! When I build a house I'm putting a wood grill in my kitchen :) Then Tony took me shopping!! And he tried really hard not to act bored or embarrassed, even when I took him into motherhood to try on new bras. It was awesome!! I got a new nursing bra, and my new favorite nursing pads called lilypadz. They are awesome. Then we got new Egyptian cotton, 700 thread count sheets for a steal of a deal!! The next day my family came over for a birthday bash. Where I was given more of my new favorite things!! I got a cookies'n'cream candy bar (which was gone within the hour, thanks Summerhays family!!) and this cute card, stinkin' cute!! Then my brother Brad gave me a new book called the Hunger Games, my new favorite (I finished reading it yesterday...the day after I got it...it was REALLY good). My Grammy gave me macadamia nut, caramel filled, chocolate covered clusters, YUM! How can those not be your favorite!! And then my mom (I love my mom) gave me a cricut!! Yippie!! It was possibly the best birthday ever!! Yahooty-whooty!! (That's how good it was) :) Thanks everybody for the best birthday ever!!

Merry Christmas!
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Hello to all our friends and family!! We are a little behind this year, and frankly a little bit cheap, so instead of mailing out Christmas cards we are sending a mass blog to all of you. :) But at least this way you can see many pictures instead of just one.
We are doing well. Tony and Liam both started school this year (Tony returned to college and Liam started preschool). Liam loves it, he has learned all of his letters and can write most of them when asked to. Tony is surviving, and is excited to finish his generals and start on his classes that will help him become a chiropractor. Emma has started talking more this year and now we can't get her to stop. :) She is our "Luna Lovegood" and is mostly happy and in her own world, we love it. Jonathan Fox was born on October 5th of this year and came happy and giggly from the start. He smiles and talks to everyone and seems much older than he really is. I am trying to adjust to three kids and to get us ready for spring, when our family will be moving to Davenport, Iowa, so Tony can finish his schooling at Palmer Chiropractic. It has been a crazy year but also a year so full of blessings!! We love you all and hope that your year has also been good, and wish you all the best for next year.

An explanation of the pictures:
Fox got to play the part of baby Jesus in several live nativities this year and a wise friend told us to take pictures of our kids in their own live nativity. She had a picture taken of her kids in a live nativity a few years back and said that is had become one of her most precious pictures. I can see now that these pictures will become some of mine. So Merry Christmas everyone!! May the spirit of Christ be with you during this new year.

Best Buy Ever!!
Alright, I had to put these on...they make me laugh real hard. For Easter (a while ago I know) Tony bought the kids these awesome goggles from the dollar store. I kind of looked at him like "what where you thinking?" But to my surprise the kids loved them!! And they where highly entertaining for me and Tony to see the kids wear too. They looked so goofy!! I think it was the best dollar we have ever spent. :)
Hiking to the falls
For Family home evening this week we decided to hike up to battle creek falls. The kids and I had never been up there before but it was well worth it. Liam only complained a few times about his legs hurting and Emma got a free ride on her Dad's shoulders most the way up.
The kids' favorite part was throwing rocks, bugs, and plants into the river. Liam and his dad found a red and white spider walking across the path and decided that the spider would enjoy a good swim, so they got the spider on a plant and threw it into the river. Liam was real excited. He's a boy. :)

I need help
dinosaurs
guns
lions
dogs
dirt
bugs
curious george
and most recently, buffalo (don't ask me)
We have had all sorts of fun birthday parties in the past. We've gone to the zoo, Chuck E. Cheese, BBQ, ect. He loved doing all of that. Now I need something new. I'm sure he would love anything, but of course I want to do something fun for him. Emma's birthday is less than a month after his so we could do a combined party for both of them, but I don't know...any suggestions?

First Snow 2008
Hey guys,
I'm a little behind on my blogging but I decided I would add some of these cute pictures. This is the first snow in Pleasant Grove in 2008. It happen in October. We woke up to snow and the kids were way excited! So at about 8:30-9:00 am we got dressed in all our snow clothes and went out to build a
snowman. Liam loved it. He made sure the snowman had a good bum by adding snow balls, and later added a snow ball
to it's head so that it had a horn.Emma liked the snow but we don't have a snow suit for her so we had her so bundled up that she could hardly move. Yep, she was just like Ralphie's little brother in "A Christmas Story." She would fall over and was like a turtle on it's back, so she would just cry and cry until we picked her up and then was happy again. It was awesome. The snow only last until about 2:00pm, then it all melted (except for the pile that was our sad snowman) so we were way excited we got to play in it!!
